Before start
I. In some cases, you may need to add a private Delivery carrier, for this feature you need to have the set permissions from OA first.
II. Also, you will need to add ”Service point/s” and ”Rate/s” after you create the Private carrier
Create a Private Delivery carrier
1st. In the Pro interface, you have to go to Delivery services -> Delivery services -> choose 1 tab, then click as shown in the picture:

2. Click the green button on the top right ”Add delivery service” and a new panel will open to fill in the settings;
3. It should look something like this:

Add a Service point for the carrier
To use your private carrier, you need to add a service point. It is the same process.
1. In the Pro interface, you have to go to Delivery services -> Delivery services -> Service points
2. Click the green button on the top right ”Add Service point” and a new panel will open to fill the settings;

Add Shipping rate
1. The process is the same. Just go to Delivery services -> Rates
2. Click the green button on the top right ”Add Service point”;
