*Note №1 Stock can be received without PO in OA. If the inventory has come with paper PO. You can start barcode scanning directly.
Go to Menu and open up Terminal ->

1. Find and choose ”Receiving”
2. Next, choose Manual receiving ->
*Note №2 Guided receiving is only for accepting FIFO /First in First out/ products, those that have an expiration date.
3. Your list with the PO’s will show up. You can select one of the already created PO’s or create a new one.
When you click the yellow button ”OPTIONS”, there you can:
-1. Create a new PO, –2. Refresh list or 3. A Guide id you want to check what you need to do next.

4. After choosing the PO you can
– add more items,
– Start checking,
– CONFIRM items
*То skip the process of checking press the OPTIONS and then press ‘confirm‘.

*Note №3 If you want to check what are the items in the PO, the fastest way would be by clicking on OPTIONS :
