Create an order
(3 ways)
– I. From the orders tab in the menu
– II. You can directly create from the ”products page” by marking the products from the list and adding them to an order
– III. You can also directly create an order while creating a new PO (purchase order) document

1. Create a new order from the orders page: #
Go to menu ->orders -> click the blue button and choose type ”simple” to create a new order

2. To create an order directly from the products page #
In Menu -> Products -> Select products from the product list. After clicking ‘add to an order‘,
It will show you the selected products, select the quantity, and press ‘ADD‘.

Filling in the fields #
Before start
When creating an order, consists of 2 things: the order and the delivery request which is also created as a separate document.
The delivery request is the information about the shipping for the order (name, sender, locality, del. carrier, etc.)
Fill in the fields with the required information and save the order->
*NOTE – The delivery request is needed only if you want to measure and export the orders, so to have a delivery request created you need all the information to be filled in.
Primary information ->

1. Postal code

3. Address – Street, Block, Entrance, Apartment
Transportation details ->
1. Sender
2. Shipping carrier
3. Shipping rate of the carrier
4. Pick-up point – Select the office where you want the order to arrive (only if you don’t have a home address)
5. Price (automatically generated)
6. Delivery price (automatically generated)
7. Delivery date (optional)
8. Delivery time (from-to) (optional)
9. Comment (optional)
Once you have filled in the form, click the “Save” button->
