Why do we have a lot of statuses?
There are a lot of features on the OA platform, so to properly indicate all the needed information, each feature has different statuses.

Feature Statuses
| Status | Description |
| PO | |
| New | means it’s a new document with unchecked and unconfirmed stock. |
| Checking | is when checking of stock via terminal is in process (terminal -> receiving-> stock). |
| Confirmed | means the stock has been confirmed and it is in the warehouse, but it is not yet allocated. |
| Closed | document gets in this status when the stock has been placed in a static location. |
| Inbound Inventory | |
| Expected Received Allocated | 1. The product that the customer announced with a Purchase order. Items aren’t available to order. 2. The products were received with a PO but are not allocated to the storage locations. Items aren’t available to order. 3. Products are on storage locations and Items are now available to be reserved for orders. |

| Received | the products received with a Purchase order but are not allocated to the storage locations. Items aren’t available to order. |
| On hand | The product is received and allocated to a storage location. Items are available to order. |
| Returned | Returned item but not allocated to its storage locations. Items aren’t available to order. |
| Shipped | Shipped out items from the warehouse. Items aren’t available to order. |
| Blocked | Blocked – when the goods in the Purchase order (PO) are marked as blocked and they will not go to work while they are in this status. This is a special function to not work with the goods while the PO is being checked. You can change the status of the goods from the same PO. |

Examples
In Orders
- When you have a set up a picking wave and the orders have been confirmed, their status automatically changes to ”Assembling”. This means they automatically have created tasks to be picked and it can be done all at once. For more information, check this article -> Link
