How to work with Customer portal
Every supervisor account has a domain set by the system of OA.
Each and every user client created by the supervisor account will have the same domain, this way all of your clients are connected to you and you can see and edit their warehouse, PO documents, products, etc. but they cannot see all of the other users you manage
How to create а Customer portal user
Menu – Settings – Users (route may be changed in the future)-> click ”+” button to create a new customer portal user
You only need to put the email and password for your client and click save.
What can you do from customer access ?
Customer portal users have limited access to what they can do.
