FAQ
– Why is the sender needed?
- To make things faster and more convenient, you create a ‘sender‘ with your information details, so you and your clients don’t have to write it every time.
– Can the client use the warehouse address in the ‘sender’?
- Yes, by default if there is no address added by the client, the system uses the FF warehouse address. All client senders are connected to the FF warehouse.
– Who can create and edit the sender?
- The sender can be created and edited by the client and the FF warehouse supervisor.
