What is ‘labeling’?

This is the process where you scan and label orders to be shipped by creating a ‘way-bill’.

All in one Labelling

     The shipments are loaded on the filters and settings you specify.

• Either Automatically shows which shipment (or shipments) is to be shipped today or you manually scan the shipment label.
• Automatically calculates the dimensions relative to those of the shipment and prints a label or you manually measure the boxes. 
• Auto-create a ”way-bill” / or track number to send it to the chosen delivery carrier
• Add additional services;
• Separate order to multiple boxes;
• Automatically creates a shipping manifest.

MAIN Panel

Here you have the following options ->

FEATURE	Description
1. Settings	Here you can decide how you want to process your shipments: Either measure them or auto confirm measurements, etc.
2. Filters	Filter by date, integration, status of shipment, etc.
3. Queue	Here you can see all orders waiting in queue to be sent;
4. Create Shipping Label	Print shipping label. One click of the button will print labels for all boxes and export;
5. Load next shipment (optional)	Load next shipment after printing or without printing and skip this shipment; (button is only visible if setting for automatic load is on)
6. Print	For more convenience you can reprint the labels for the order, print or cancel the task for labelling.
8. Editing the Shipment	By clicking on the shipment, it will open in a new tab to edit it then save it, so you can the go back and send the shipment without refreshing the page.
9. Editing products	To edit an already created one, double-click on product to open it.
10. Services and adding boxes menu	1st tab: You can see all product info, add more products or boxes 2nd tab: Here you can separate order to multiple boxes, move items, clone box with existing items. 3rd tab: Here you can add additional services depending what you charge your clients, like: extra packaging or labelling.

SHIPPING MANIFEST

After clicking the button “Create shipping label” Orderadmin automatically creates the Shipping manifest for a particular shipping carrier and the date. Then Orderadmin adds every next shipment in the congruent manifest.

FAQ

What is the difference between Print&Go and Scan&Print ?

Print&Go is the more fast and simple way to send orders and Scan&Print is the more advanced way of doing it. It has additional steps before sending the order, such as scanning it, measuring it, choosing a consumption document, etc.
