What are the entities in OA? How to check?
When you are logged in to OA -> click on the profile on the top right -> click INFO button
There you will see a table with all OA entities like: Store, Warehouse, Sender, Accounts, Legal Entities & Users (for supervisor).
——————————————————————————————————————
What do they mean?
Entity | Description |
Store | It can be the name of the website or client. Convenient for warehouses with multiple connections. – The FF warehouse store must be type ”shop” and the customer Store must be type ”virtual” |
Warehouse | Again, It can be the name of the website or client. It is either the FF warehouse (physical) or the client’s warehouse (always ”virtual” with parent the FF warehouse). |
Accounts | A billing account – this is where all transactions are saved. The accounts are 2 types: Deposit & Payment – without a created billing account, the user can’t generate reports and use can’t billing |
Legal Entities | This would be the name of the company. This entity is connected to the billing account and is also needed for the billing and other documents for generation. |
Users (for supervisor) | All the users (customer portals) connected to the FF warehouse. |
Sender | This entity contains the sender’s address. When a customer portal user creates a ”sender” by default it will use the FF warehouse address if left empty. |
