How to work with the Orderadmin product catalog
Get products in Orderadmin

|Import product catalog from an e-commerce platform.

A physical item with a single barcode/SKU.
|A grouped product, boxes with several similar products.
|Bundle type – a product that consists of several items (set of..) and has a unique barcode.
Components of a bundle are simple-type products in Orderadmin.
The Product catalog features
|Keep track of your inventory and Set the availability of products for orders.

|Track product locations.
|Use the “Locations” button.
|Check on which storage locations you can find items of this product.
|Track item reserves.
|Use the “Reserves” button.
|Reserve – means a particular item in order with a unique number. Check how many reserves and where they are located: real-time location, warehouse ID, and the status of the reserve.
|Manage the parameters of your products.
|Products -> Open the single page of a particular product.
|Print labels for products.
|Use the “Print labels” button.
|You can print a label of your product (label may depend on PRINTER settings)
|Manage the EAV attributes of each product.
|Use the “EAV” button.
|Custom and Entity-Attribute-Value (EAV) attributes—Custom attributes are those added on behalf of a merchant. For example, a merchant might need to add attributes to describe products, such as shape or volume. A merchant can add these attributes in the Admin panel.
|Change product type for Bundle in one click.
|Use the “Extend for bundle” button.
|By clicking this button you will create the bundle-type product. Add components for this bundle by clicking “Add product”, and clicking “save”.
The single product (simple-type) remains in the catalog. You just create another product with the type “bundle”.
|Create an order from the catalog.
|Use the “Add to an order” button.
|Select products in the catalog list (on the “Product” page) and create a new Order. Select a type for the order, set the quantity of the products, and click “Create”.
|Create a Purchase order from the catalog.
|Use the “Add to a PO” button.
|Select products in the catalog list (on the “Product” page) and create a new Purchase order. Select a type for the Purchase order, set the quantity of the products, and click “Create”.
The Product card fields
|Article of the product.
|These are special fields for mapping products with marketplaces. Each marketplace has its own field for mapping.
More complete information on how to link product offers can be found in the instructions for integration with the marketplaces.
|Barcodes of the product. Each product can have many barcodes. Changing barcodes in the product card doesn’t affect the already received product.
To fill in a barcode into the field hit “Enter”.
|Sale price per unit.
|The estimated value of the product.
|It is the entity – a virtual store in Orderadmin that holds the product.
|The image is uploaded as a direct link to the image.
|Size: Length, width, and height. (For Amazon: Orderadmin gets products size automatically).
