How to understand the inventory numbers and statuses on the Product page
The Amount column on the ”Products” page contains real quantities in the warehouse, their statuses, and the warehouse ID.
|Availability for order
|The product items are received and allocated to a storage location.
The “On hand” status will witchs for “Booked” status when an order with these items is made.
|The product items that the customer announced with a Purchase order.
The “Expected” status will switch for the “Received” status when products are delivered in the warehouse.
|The product items are received with a Purchase order but are not allocated to storage locations.
The “Received” status will switch for the “On hand” status when products are allocated.
|Shipped out items from the warehouse. This is the final status.
|The product items are reserved for a certain order.
The ”Booked” status will switch for the “Shipped” or can go for “On hand” again if the order have been canceled.

|Availability for order on Marketplace
|Makes the product unavailable for orders to reserve items of this product and stops it from sending inventory data through integration.
|The status stops sending inventory data through integration.
|The product is available for all types of orders.
|Archive your product to hide it from the main catalog. Possible only if a product doesn’t have any inventory quantities and in tha “Inactive” statuse.
– How to find low stock?
- With the filter “Products from/to” you can filter the products by quantity. By adding the status you can get more accurate information. For example, to see products that have up to 5 items available for orders: set Product quantity to “5” and set the “On hand” status.
– How often does the information of the inventory updates?
- Here the information does not update instantly. It may take from 2 to 3 hours to update information. In this case, it’s better to check information for the product by going into Terminal -> Information – scan item barcode.
