We are using the policy which is done according to General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other regulations depending on the country of operation. We process personal data in order to provide our customers with better, enhanced and more diverse products and services.


If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Who do we share your data with?

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

In order to deliver your parcels, we can share your data with the delivery carriers, that you choose for this purpose.

Note that when we get customer data we are generating orders (which is not containing personal data and used to assemble stock from the warehouse) and delivery requests (which is a separate entity and used to generate carrier labels).

Our warehouse employees don’t have any direct access to customer data as they work with system barcode labels, while they are picking stock and assembling the parcel. At the end of the process special “labeling working place” is used to print parcel labels and place them on the parcel.

How long do we retain your data?

We process client personal data to provide the products and services that you have requested and use from us. We clearly identifying to our customers in the contract the purposes of using the personal data. We are storing any personal data not more than 31 working days since the parcel was shipped or even less if we don’t need them to fulfill our obligations in terms of shipping the parcel.

While the parcel is delivered we store data of the client and as soon as our tracking system gets information that the parcel was delivered, we delete any personal data about delivery from the delivery request, which was attached to the order. Delivery requested stored in a database having just log with dates – when the parcel was sent from the facility and when it was delivered to the customer or returned to the facility.

What rights do you have over your data?

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
