The plan is perfect for the new 3PL businesses. The plan allows completing the entire order fulfillment processes involving the Orderadmin WMS, Picking (without waves), Shipping Management and Standard Reports features, Flat rate 3PL Billing.

The plan includes unlimited Customer portals for your clients. Each Customer portal can be connected with the sales channel of certain client. The Orderadmin Customer portal makes easy for your customer to work with you. 

We don’t limit the number of orders and the SKUs you can process with Orderadmin. We don’t charge for every additional pick in Orderadmin.

You always have a single fixed price for using Orderadmin. The plan automatically renews.

Early stage Start Up

The Early-stage startup plan is the best way to grow your startup. Eligible companies get this offer with a flat rate for up to one year!

The plan comes with 3 user seats and 5 connections.

To start with the plan you must apply for early-stage program and get approved by Orderadmin.

Eligibility requirements

  • New customer: currently not an Orderadmin customer.
  • Early stage company: less than 2 years old and up to $500k in funding.
  • Small team: 5 employees or less.
  • Small shipping amount: 500 parcels/mo or less.

The plan is perfect for the growing 3PL Fulfilment businesses. The plan allows completing the entire order fulfillment processes involving the Orderadmin WMS, Wave picking, Shipping Management, Advanced Reports and Custom 3PL billing features.

The plan includes unlimited Customer portals for your clients. The Orderadmin Customer portal makes it easy for your customer to work with you. Each Customer portal can be Integrated with the sales channels of certain client. 

We don’t limit the number of orders and the SKUs you can process with Orderadmin. We don’t charge for every additional pick in Orderadmin.

You always have a single fixed price for using Orderadmin. The plan automatically renews.

General questions

When is my first payment due?

Your first subscription payment and setup fee will be charged on the date of your first onboarding call. And your payments are due every 30 days, starting from the date of your first payment.

When my Free Trial begins?

Your Free Trial begins when you first Sign up, not when you start working in Orderadmin. You won’t lose any of the work you complete on your account during your free trial when you choose a paid plan.

Do I need to enter my payment details to start my Free Trial?

No. You can sign up and use Orderadmin for 14 days without entering your payment details. Your Free trial begins when you first sign up, not when you start working on your warehouse.

How long are your contracts?

We offer a 30 days (as monthly) contract and 12 months (as annual) contract paid upfront.

Are Subscriptions automatically renewed?

Yes. All paid plan automatically renews.

Note! The free trial does not renew.

If you’re on a Free trial and you haven’t chosen a pricing plan yet, then you don’t need to take any action to cancel your account, it will happen automatically. You won’t be charged for anything when your Free trial expires.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

If you decide to cancel your Subscription you must provide us with notice thirty (30) days in advance. Note! Subscription charges are non-refundable. For more information, see the Orderadmin Terms of Service.

What If I need a guided setup and customization?

The Platform setup is easy enough. You can do it yourself by following documentations.

But If you need a guided setup or customization, you can contact support via support@oawms.com and purchase the Services. We will disclose the duration and cost of the Services Fees before you purchase the Services and will confirm the duration and the cost of the Services by invoicing you or via email following your purchase.

How much does the additional setup cost?

If you need the additional or/and on-site setup and training, please, make a request for it via email at support@oawms.com.

We charge for the Services: on-site setup: $750 / day + travel expenses; additional setup call: $150 / call with an adequate timeframe.

Timeframe for additional setup depends on your needs.

Do you offer a dedicated account manager?

Yes. You can request a dedicated account manager via email at support@oawms.com. It is the payable service.

Note! The dedicated account manager Service is included only in the 3PL Fulfillment plan.

Do I need to buy any hardware?

To work with the Orderadmin Platform you will need a desktop to use the Pro interface of the Platform and a mobile smartphone to use Orderadmin App. Also, you might need a barcode scanner. You can get suggestions from our Support center for cheap and reliable models if it’s needed.
